I had an amazing experience at Viceroy! The private villas are stunning, and the impeccable service made me feel like royalty. The staff went above and beyond to cater to my every need. The beach may be rocky, but the resort provides beach shoes for a comfortable swim. I highly recommend this luxurious and intimate resort.

My partner and I had a wonderful stay at Viceroy. The rainforest atmosphere provided a private and secluded vibe. The villas were comfortable and well-appointed, with beautiful outdoor showers, private pools, and luxurious furnishings. The service was exceptional, with attentive staff who went above and beyond. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, and the food overall was excellent. Plus, the hotel had a peaceful atmosphere with very few children around.

I recently stayed at Viceroy in Riviera Maya for a relaxing getaway. The private wooden houses with a small private pool were a unique and enjoyable experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, providing exceptional service throughout our stay. The central pool next to the beach was a great spot to relax, and the on-site restaurants offered delicious food. The all-included package, including room service and quality alcoholic beverages, was a fantastic value. Special mention goes to Pepe, a beach staff member who provided excellent service, bringing food and drinks with great quality. Viceroy exceeded my expectations with its beautiful grounds and outstanding staff.
Although I highly recommend this hotel, there was some noise from ongoing construction during our stay. However, considering the hotel's magical grounds and exceptional staff, I still believe Viceroy is well worth a visit.
